European Style Emergency Vehicle Lighting

Emergency Vehicle Lighting in European style, where each side flashes three times in rapid succession before switching to the other side. Simply hook up the composite outputs to the RGB lights on the corresponding sides. If you have front or rear emergency lighting, you should reverse the sides (so hook up the left output to the rear right light). The lighting can be toggled with the on/off input.
