First, open the Stargunner Folder and create a new Folder called "SoftAd" then locate each of the Vehicle Simulators to obtain and install into the Folders inside the SoftAd folder.

Next, open the Stargunner DOS Config and change the settings to the following:

To Install from the Chevtech Zip File from 8-Bit Show & Tell, use the ChevTech Installer Download Link to download the ChevTech Installer. Then enter as the readme file instructs:

Once you obtain this Dodge Neon Program, for the DOS Version, create 2 new Folders inside the SOFTAD Folder and name it: TIEDEMO & TIEDINS. Then extract the files into the correct folder.

You will need Power ISO to extract the installer files into TIEDINS then run INSTALL and follow the instructions

Once installed, open Stargunner, go into the SOFTAD Folder, enter CD, then the TIEDEMO Folder to open that folder, then to start the Dodge Neon Program, enter NEON.
When you're done, select Exit to DOS but not Exit to Game as that will start the TIE Fighter Demo.
