An updated version of TTT_Airboatcity by Simon.

Changes from the original:

-Fixed Broken Cubemaps(No more shiny objects hurting the eyes!)

-Boards Linking buildings are now unable to be moved(No more isolating certain buildings away from the rest of the map completely!)

-Crane is no longer Drivable (Sucks, but anyone who entered the Crane became unkillable, so it had to go).

-T Trap no longer spams everyone's screen with the "Not enough credits" message.
