Doorwerth Improved

My goal with this mod was to flesh out and improve the chapter one map Doorwerth to bring it up to par with some of the newer maps without changing the feel of the map.
Almost everywhere in the northern half of the map has seen some love, removing those randomly placed houses in the middle of wide open fields, adding more hedge-rows and trees, detailing along the main road through the north.
I have also tried to balance some of the existing layers by changing the time of day, making it harder for defenders to see the attackers on points like crossroads.

• Overhauled Doorwerth/Eekland to better represent contemporary aerial photography
