"If any of you remember this gem of a game back during the 1990's to 2000, you will know this character. Carmen Sandiego was a children's learning software game about finding and capturing Carmen using your geography skills. You would follow clues to locations all around the world, trying to capture her henchmen, and finally Carmen Sandiego herself. My model Deborah deserves all the credit for nailing the character. I tried to get the outfit as close as I could. Technically, there's suppose to be a yellow band around the hat, not black. She also technically has a yellow scarf. But the idea is there. ^_^"
