I used the default skin while playing and also didn't use any potion that would change my character size. (Skins and potion sizes changes the outcome of the throw)

Step 1

Grab the ball and fully charge the ball by holding the left mouse button.

Step 2

Lineup the bottom of the ball as shown in the image

Like this (It doesn't have to be exactly like how you see in this image)

Step 3

Throw the ball when the basket is going up (Don't throw when you see the basket going back down)

Step 4

Repeat that 5 times and you should get 2500 points
After that throw away the rest of your balls.

Step 5

Congrats you have earned 600 tickets!

The model actually does change the outcome of the throw, the one I was using required me to center align with the two bottom 25 holes, forming a triangle.

I also find that Tornado is a pretty consistent way to get tickets. Just go full power, and then click just below the blue line, and you should get 90/100 tickets every time.
