Use client cvar "simf_firstpersonsounds_enabled" to change modes:

"0" - disabled
"1" - enabled

After changing the mode you need to restart the map or reconnect.

Это наверное самая лучшая моделька на которой я ездил когда либо в гаррис моде, все проработано и сделано на высшем уровне!
