I'm keeping this mod as a separate version from its base as I feel they offer two different experiences.

Thanks to fifteen.ai for their diligent work on creating something that would allow this to happen.

This mod uses fifteen.ai 11.2.5's framework to make a significantly higher audio quality version of my previous mod's text that simulates Portal/Portal 2's GLaDOS as a Stellaris Advisor

Just got this recently and already its my favorite advisor mod. Usually whenever i get a notification from the advisor i ignore it. however, with glados as my advisor she yells at me whenever its diplomatic. anything else its the normal volume. This has made me crack up every time the thought of her yelling at me due to someone wanting to establish something. Whats even better is its faster than usual so its like she is frantically yelling at me. Best bug (Feature) ever.

I really love this, but a minor nitpick is that it sounds to me like the voice is maybe slightly too high pitched and talks maybe a little too fast compared to the legend herself?
