1- Click on "Library" at the top of the screen.

2- Find TF2 in your list of downloaded games

3- Click on the cog in the right side of the screen

4- Go to Manage and click Uninstall

5- A confirmation window will pop-up, just click Uninstall again

If done correctly TF2 Will be uninstalled, now you can enjoy your life again!
