Great Person Monument (Wonder)

This MOD add a Great Person Monument in to the game, you can find it in the city center. But it belongs to Wonders, there can only exist one in the map. You'd better build it right after the game starts.
If you want to change the property of this monument, you can change the data in the mod file ( ->steam--> steamapps --> workshop --> content --> 289070 -->2337199165 -->GREAT_PERSON_MONUMENT_Gameplay.xml )by yourself.
