Fix sound (speech) issues (Win10 5.1 Sound system)

If you have problem with speech (not audible) at Windows 10 and 5.1 sound configuration, please do this:

1) Quit the game
2) Set sound quality at Sounds to 16-bit 48000 Hz (DVD quality) - see file "Sound configuration"
3) Open file C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\HEAVY RAIN\user_setting.ini with Notepad
4) Edit SOUND SECTION to "Channel_Count=6" - see file "channel"
5) Save file "user_setting.ini"

Start the game a try dialog with other people

never had a problem with low sound but we are finding that most of the lag issues and long load times are DUE to audio

if you disable audio the game runs just as smooth as butter.. but this is nuts
anyone know how to fix this

also please update this guide.. you dont say where to set sound quality in.. windows... the app you have like realtek etc
and editing the channels to count 6 would be BAD for stereo users.. 2 channel only
confuses with this as its only for 5.1 sound. But no one talks about headphones.

again the game is not playable without issue and it hurts to play due to audio issues.. hope someone can help
