Uniqlo Kichijoji (Tokyo)

This is a 3x3 straight (non-corner, although it looks best when you plop it at a corner) L1 building based on the Uniqlo flagship store in Kichijoji, Tokyo. It is equipped with animated scrolling LED display in the store interior. If you are not using zoning / plopping mods, you'll need to place it on HIGH COMMERCIAL tiles for it to stay.

Main Model: 5,949 tris / 2,048x2,048 texture / diffuse, illumination, specular, alpha, normal maps
Glass (incorporated into main model):  64 tris / 256 x 256 texture / diffuse, specular, alpha maps
LED Display (incorporated into main model): 8 tris / 1,024 x 32 texture / diffuse, illumination maps
Custom LOD:  398 tris / 128x128 texture / diffuse, illumination, specular maps

Screenshots were taken with  Photorealistic_lut_Final_by_Reaper which I highly recommend. The asset has been fine-tuned for saturation and brightness but please feel free to leave me suggestions and I will consider tweaking it in further updates.
