wrath of the lamb challenges

This mod brings back most of the challenges present in vanilla and wrath of the lamb with 3 exceptions: 7 Years Bad Luck, The Purist and The Doctor's Revenge!, the last two being left out because they're also in Rebirth (albeit doctor's revenge was renamed), and 7 Years Bad Luck being way too complicated as far as coding goes for my knowledge (if anyone who knows how to code in such a thing, I'd glady put it in this pack)
