Wectoring Buddy

This buddy brings back Wario's wonderful wectoring tech from early Smash 4 3DS.

Wectoring is performed by holding up for a bit less than a second while in hitstun, then moving your stick in the direction you'd like to redirect your momentum. This will cause you to redirect your momentum in the direction you held as soon as you leave hitstun.

Because this isn't necessarily the most intuitive tech, I've added an audio cue for when you've held up for the correct amount of time.

I should note that this tech is reverse engineered and not systems-driven, so it may not behave exactly as wectoring did in Smash 4 3DS, but I think I approximated it reasonably well.
