Post-balance version, Steam (v05s), no infinites. Didn't manage to find a consistent way to play the sauna, sadly. However, I did manage to find a general strategy to it, where speed is sort of the key (show more for details + extras)

General strategy:
1) Entrance - managed to get this part fairly consistent with the opening in the video.
2) Kevin/Francis - this is the part where you need to start setting up to chain to the next area. Best way I could find to do this is by keeping one Francis/Kevin alive, then kicking him all the way to the right. If you're able to position yourself near the kickboxers while they're still entering, you have an advantage
3) Kickboxers/Kevin/Francis - assuming you are in a good position from the previous step,  try to kill the first 2-5 kickboxers upon their entry so there's less risk of being swarmed. My play was sloppy here; missed a few charge attacks. I didn't really want to use a star, but it was getting way too crowded. You'll need to keep one enemy fairly healthy to chain to the next area as seen in the video.
4) Changing room - one Dokuja entering from the left will sometimes hang back and sometimes come straight for you (worst case scenario). The video demonstrates how to recover from this (fairly good consistency). The best case is that he'll block first, and give you enough time to kill 2 of his friends, and the section usually isn't too problematic.
5) Hallway - trivial section, but the guards didn't move to my advantage, so I couldn't take the money in the far left pot.
6) Elevator - probably everyone's favorite part. I prefer to break all the glass before the first wave. Its a lot easier when you can just push everyone off (it's all timing, but it takes practice). I messed up a bit with the Signals/Donavans, could have been smoother.
7) Max - best way to fight him is to just counter-play his moves based on what he's telegraphing. Plenty of ways to do so, no right or wrong.

Maximum score analysis:
I'll fill this in later as I don't have time to perform this analysis right now. Stage 9 has spawn variations which makes it a bit harder to calculate.

Other notes:

* Apparently, each of my punches was counting as two hits on Max, not sure if bug or feature
