decimating csr models is a bad idea, it's better in this case to remove engine/trunk bay and hood/trunk inner part

I had to decimate the chassis on the car since it usually doesnt let me export it when the polly count high, that must of effected the interior as well, i wasnt rushing it but it was the polly count intook down since i had a minor issue with another car while porting it! Im not able to correct it with this car but for sure i will try to work around it with some other cars to come
