The only logical failure is the entrance from Technical to the stairs that connect Habitat, Medical and Technical. ( https://interactive-game-maps.github.io/haydee_2/?share=14.26953125,-94.86328125 )
If you know the stair case you also know all doors are on the same side. But the floor in Technical is actually on the opposite side.

Yea, not being able to have more details always bothered me. But it also shows some inconsistencies when lining up the isolated rooms - especially in Medical and Technical.

I think you've missed 10 Shotgun rounds in Medical between Plastics, Conversion and Cerebral. It's only there in easy mode:
