For some reason I'm not surprised that it happened. These third party mods are seriously lacking in competence.

The mod had probably nothing to do when this happened... locked my account for "spamming" yet what I get told from Steam support is that they take phishing and scamming seriously....

The comments I were making when my account was suspended were all rather explained, I guess they didn't like my comment saying that Skinbaron is better than Community Market and talking about the payment methods they accept (Could be also because someone was asking if there is a trading site) and I was talking about CSGOlounge which was good back in the days but it still had tons of scammers. All in all the moderator made a mistake and I've never heard anything from him.

At least steam support had the guts to apologise for what happened.
