The glorious, original rp_anaxes map was made by Jimbo.
All rp_anaxes_defcon variants were made by Patrick_TM, including this one. Much love.

This map is using the unreleased v2.5 layout of DefconGaming.net 's Anaxes. This cold yet stunning landscape is one for all to enjoy, with frozen lakes and pretty blue plants, to the beautiful lights in the new 3D skybox.




You will NEVER get permission to edit our map, HOWEVER, If you wish to have your own version of Anaxes, the original version is now completely open to any edits.

No, you can use it for inspiration. I was pointing out that there is a difference between stealing or just flat out copying in comparison to using something as a reference to build off of and improve.

There is no logical reason for you to take what we made, swap a texture or two, and call it yours.

But the rule - Use this map as "inspiration" is quite vague. Like what if your map has something that is so well done and is perfect fit for every anaxes map can i not copy it

We did indeed make alot of things in our version. You can tell there is tons of new features in our version than the Original rp_anaxes. Even 122Jimbo (the creator of rp_anaxes) supports us. I used many hours on our edit rp_anaxes_defcon_v2, which is why we decompile protected it. You can disagree all you want, but we want our version for ourselves

For anyone trying to use this in sfm to my knowledge it'll just crash your scene even with engine chunk override enabled
