Migrate to birch world

Описание
This addon have now been merged into the main mod with added benefits. This item still exists to let people finish their games.

The merged edict does not contain fine grained control over whether toilers, slaves or pops working other special jobs. This mod's edict offer such option. These two edicts will work in parallel with each other so you can choose which one to enable, or both.

---

This mod adds an edict that automatically migrate unemployed pops to your birch world. It should be more lag friendly than Greater Than Ourselves.

The edict will resettle slaves, shackled robots, gestalt drones and alike. It will however not work if pop is being purged or assimilated, because technically these pops are not unemployed and there is no reason to migrate them until they are done. If you have a mod creating other kind of these special jobs (i.e. jobs that are not capped by modifiers) then it will not work with these jobs as well.

Obviously this mod require gigastructure mod.

The one pop per three month per planet limit is there to reduce lag. To exceed this limit means you have 33.333 combined pop growth on a single planet. I haven't seen any pop assembly faster than 20, and getting pop growth beyond 13.333 is very hard. Over all I believe this is a reasonable interval. Leave a comment below if you managed to do this and I'll applaud your success and do nothing.

Special unemployed pop handling

Certain unemployed pops are actually employed in jobs that are not capped by modifiers. These pops can however still be automatically resettled. There will be more edicts available when such jobs can be created. These edicts last forever but will not use an edict capacity.

1. Toilers
Toilers are special jobs created on Thrall Worlds. Any unemployed slave will automatically work this job. This job create nothing but more amendities so in most situations you will want the pop to work on Birch World instead. An edict will be available to resettle these pops to birch world when the thrall world is at >3 amendity.

2. Servants
Servants are special jobs created for Domestic Protocol Servitude robots and Domestic Servitude slaves. This job create nothing but more amendities so in most situations you will want the pop to work on Birch World instead unless the planet lack amendities otherwise. An edict will be available to resettle these pops to birch world when the planet is at >7 amendity.

3. Livestock
Some people want these to be on birchworld. Here it is. There are two modes for this. First mode is resettle all livestock to birchworld no matter what. Second mode is only resettle when there is insufficient housing on planet. These edicts will be available at the same time but they will be mutually exclusive with each other.

The only place I've seen pop growth over 33-1/3 is on my Birch World with the Carrying Capacity modifiers applied.

So yeah probably not going to be an issue for this.
