Why and what is the Trust-Factor
The Trust-Factor is needed to ensure that the players who receive the most complaints go to the same players as them.
It helps for everyone. Honest players play with honest players, dishonest/toxic with dishonest/toxic.

Such players stand out in games in that they will be muted from the very beginning of the game.

The more complaints a user receives, the worse their Trust-Factor gets.

To summarize, if you have a bad Trust-Factor, then you will play with the same bad/toxic and dishonest teammates.

How to Improve the Trust-Factor to Green?
1. Use Steam Guard (preferably use Mobile Steam Guard);
2. Make your profile public;
3. Become an active member of the Steam Community;
4. Play games often without cheating;
5. Get praise (commended) by your teammates;
6. Do not kick anyone out of the game;
7. Do not block your teammates and do not harm your teammate in the game;
8. Do right verdicts in overwatch;
9. Like guides, screenshots and e.t.c;
10. Add more friends;
11. Comment on many different profiles, discussions and guides like this one;
12. You can give award if you like. It will help both you and me.
13. Buy and pay more in the Steam Store and Steam Market.
