is it possible to make all ships have the bypass? i want there to be no cap on game speed

doesnt remove it no more, even on its own with no other mods...dunno if I need to wait for a restock beforehand.

it gives your ship an infinite speed max only limited by your engine acceleration rate

When I first played Avorion, I had no Idea what this upgrade does to your ship. It fells like to give ur ship a tempurary bit of speed or crowd control of drifting....or..something?
