Lightweight Battle Mod

A lightweight mod that tweaks battles to my liking. Your mileage may vary! Should be compatible with most unit mods so long as they don't mess with any of the kv_rules, entities, and unit spacing tables.

Changes are as follows:

-- Hit chance reduced to allow for slower battles, though they shouldn't be too much of a slogfest.
-- Matched combat percentage reduced to allow for better formation holding, but animation variety should be increased.
-- Buggy formation attack removed
-- Cavalry speeds increased.
-- Animations from HappyCompyTW's Community Patch, ToonTotalWar's War of the Gods, and AveMetal's Para Bellum
