Proper Title Names

Descriere
Just the proper names of some titles.
This gets rid of 2 of my pet peeves. Fight me.
If you know of any titles that need a name change then let me know!

Eastern Roman Empire
"Byzantine" is a name used by historians, but the people living in the territory did consider themselves "Roman," they were still the Roman Empire. They are the Eastern part because of the split of the empire in the middle of the 4th century. There could be an argument for just the Roman Empire but there is the decision that changes the name to Roman Empire.

German Confederation
"The Holy Roman Empire is neither Holy, nor Roman, nor an Empire." -Voltaire
Also it was a confederation of mostly German states

At this point the Holy Roman Empire was pretty holy, since this mod takes place pre-reformation.
