Small Block Moisture Vaporator

Based on the epic Moisture Vaporator mod here by SlowpokeFarm, Anarch Cassius and Stolie.

This Version is strictly a SMALL BLOCK 1x1x1 block but is fully compatible with the Large Block version if used in the same world. The scripts have been edited to accommodate this. They wont conflict :)

"When turned on it produces ice in small quantities with production rate depending on the atmosphere density. So don't expect it to get you ice in outer space, mates."

And no it will not produce ice when inside a pressurized space.

Small Blocks rate is 5 ml of ice condensed from the atmosphere per second in a 100% density atmosphere. It has a Vanilla inventory size of 250 Liter's. Fully conveyored on 4 sides. It uses 150 kW of power when operating. Note I tweaked the parts needed for the block and to add some challenge it now requires 2 Super Conductors to be built.
