Better Volt Goat Drop

Beskrivelse
Volt goat will drop 100% their horn and normal volt goat also have 25% chance to drop electric milk

I made this mod because getting volt goat horn is a bit frustrating. So i hope peoples can enjoy with this mod

How to use :
Just subscribe the mod and enable it on host server mod

What change's :
Normal volt goat : drop 100% horn and 25% electric milk when killed

Electric volt goat : drop 2x horn and 1 electric milk when killed

Note :
If you use a mod that also change lightninggoat.lua maybe it will cause game crash / conflict

really nice mod, but can you add an option to set milk drop chance for uncharged goat to 0%?
