In the original version of the game, the game itself chose the discrete graphics card. There is a problem in the remaster that the game selects the integrated graphics card.
There are suspicions that it is edited through the exe file.
But most likely, the developers themselves should have made it so that at launch the game itself chose a discrete video card.
Try updating your video codecs.
That helped me.
I had this problem on the remaster version. The original game didn't have this problem. I'm afraid only developers can fix this.
