[WDM] Tornado Aerospace Interceptor

The Tornado Class Aerospace Interceptor is a versatile strike craft designed to operate in a wide variety of environments and transition between such locations unassisted. Hydrogen thrusters supplement the craft's primary ion and atmospheric propulsion systems, and generous fuel reserves provide more than enough ΔV to enter orbit without the aid of a larger vessel. Carrying four gatling guns and four sequenced rocket launchers, the Tornado Class can be considered a "go anywhere" counterpart to the purely atmospheric Tempest Class, and is frequently used in situations where it's more effective to have strike craft that can do just about anything relatively well than to have higher performance strike craft that only operate in one environment. Transatmospheric capabilities also mean that the Tornado Class is an invaluable asset to any larger ship with a hangar that cannot travel to planets itself.
