Rusted Junk Smithy

This mod adds a new weapon smithy: Primitive Weapon Smith, that allows to craft Rusted Junk grade weapons regardless of your weapon smith skill level.
To unlock it - study the Primitive Weapon Smithing research.
By completing this research you also learn to craft Iron Stick weapon type, because it was really anticlimactic to open up a weapon smith UI and be unable to craft anything.

Due to limitations of FCS and some hardcoded stuff, this mods works though adding a slightly worse copy of rusted junk grade, which you choose to craft at Primitive Weapon Smith, but you should consistently get critical successes and craft a regular rusted junk grade instead.

P.s. I know about the training weapons mod, but they are unusable outside of controlled training environment, I like to go out with rusted junk and train "in the wilds".
Also I do know about ikahurula's rusted junk smithy, but I throught I could bypass the "create a new weapon grade" part of the mod, appearantly not.
