To start with things....
This game is very cool indeed... But it is also frustratingly difficult at times.... So if you would like to make things a lot easier.... This guide will show a few broken abilityes and item combinations that can be exploited to make things a lot easier.... Or even if you just want to have some fun and see tons of bullets on the screen, this will work too.
.
This guide will be divided in sections based on the combinations of things that you need to become overpowered:

=relics combined with weapons.

=weapons combined with mods.

=relics combined with game mechanics.

=Consumables combined with games mechanics.

The combos will have to use the least amount of items possible so that they can be easily be reproducted in a run without relying on pure luck to be executed. Also since the game is early access things can be subject to change and may be not reproduce able in your current version of the game.

Relics combined with weapons.
01:bullet infinite loops
_____________________________________

This one is quite difficult to get but I had to put it because the payoff Is quite astonishing.
You will need:
=the super splitter tier 3 relic

=the npc that is specifically shown in the photo

What you will need to do is;get the relic, find the npc on a run, interact with it and when the three option will display choose the one that reads:"get sidearm as a weapon."
You will get a random sidearm as weapon if you manage to do so there is still a chance that this will be a bust....the only sidearms that will make this trick work are the following:
=Sidearm SA-041
=Sidearm SA-034
Or at least those are the one that proved to be possible....since this combo is difficult to obtain it is still up to the test....
Sidearms that proved to not work:
=Sidearm SA-046

02:splitter blast/Mortar destruction.
_____________________________________________

This one actually works also with =the 'super splitter' tier 3 relic... Witch is one of the most broken... And another relik, =the "rocket embed" tier 3 relic witch on low chance, when the projectile dies fires a mortar shot with explosive damage.
They both are really good with a main weapon called :"Overburner"

=the "super splitter" works well because it's almost certain that 2 or 3 shots of the burst of the shotgun will get fired again, but, instead of a single shot of the blast,it will shot a full burst with an almost complete area damage.

=the "rocket embed" works as an almost secure shot of a Mortar shot(this because each shot of the shotgun is considered a single shot)so firing a single shot will trigger almost always a mortar explosion.
If you combine the two relics with this weapon(if u are lucky) the combo will be incredibly distructtive.
Here is a gif of the full combination shots:

03.permanent stunlock:
_____________________________________

Weapons, and in particular sidearms with high firerate, if combined with items that inflict status effects, like stun or freeze, Wil almost certainly activate on a single clip stun locking enemies and bosses in place;I usually use these two:
=the Darth trower(but you can use sidearmSA-016 instead, although with scarser mobility)
=the "Freezer" tier 3 relic(but you could probably make more use of relics that inflict stun on hit, even if with minor chance) witch freezes enemies with bullets on a 20%chance.As said you can stun lock bosses and enemies in place making things a lot easier.
.
This fire rate glitch can be exploited also to increase your level exponentially.... If you have the tier 1 relic called:"smart aim" witch makes hit enemies drop xp even when they are alive

, you can get(especially with the Darth Trower) a lot of xp per monster since every low damage bullet has a chance to drop xp, you will accumulate a lot of them with high fire rate.
Weapons combined with mods
01:universal ketchup
For this trick(witch in my opinion is one of the most overpowered ones)
You will need :

=The "Catch'up" main weapon.(beware...there is a similar one that does not shoot the same as the one that is specifically named Catch'up)
=One of the mods that "charges a power blast" (I recommend the one that charges a BFB called "the big boom" for maximum power)
Ps. Be aware that this trick does not work for weapon mods that list"every 15th time you shoot" or "sometimes".... The effect must be specifically: "Charge a powershot" and then lists the type of powershot)

The way that this weapon works is:you shoot a sort of grappling chain that catches enemies and grabs them twoards you and then, only if you have successfully grabbed an enemy, by tapping the fire button again release a melee attack that actually deals damage. The glitch makes it so that this melee attack always triggers the powershot dealing massive damage to the monsters Every time you shoot instead of charging it.Also, if you add other mods that make the projectile split in two, even with the BFB they will fire 3 BFB shots dealing even more damage.

Here is a run where I use it on the final level and clear it out easily.

Consumables combined with game mecanics
01.broken lurker.

________________________

Between the characters you unlock in your journey the most powerful one is probably the one called "Triton - the seeker-" and in particular his ability to get way too much advantage out of having double consumables uses.

Once you have it unlocked you can use these abilities to get insane advantages if you play your cards right.
To do so you can use:
=The" replicator" consumable, witch copies nearby relics on the tier 3 relic room to get 3 tier 3 relics in total instead of 2(you can even change them from the one you replicated if you are in a room with a reroll machine.)

=the "multiplier" consumable witch copies consumables on the ground,to get 3 more consumables, the one that it gives you are random instead of the ones near you for some reason;as such you can get more of this relic bi using it on random consumables, then you can apply the same thing you did before again and get up to 12 consumables on the ground in total if you start from just one and get the combo right..... and so on.(the consumable does not just duplicate 1 of the consumables on the ground.... It makes 1 for each that is on the ground.)
Here is all the things I got from this combos resolving:
https://i.postimg.cc/bvSBQRfL/Hnet-image-7.gif

Also as a side note if you duplicate a consumable on the ground with the multiplier consumable, but in the same room you have a relic it will be duplicated too for free as the game just checks if there is a consumable and doubles everything in the room.

Relics combined with game mechanics
If you get relics that make you improve something in your stats after a number of actions or that drop something from enemies on a low chance you can abuse them in various ways.
You can start by finding an enemy that spawns other enemies in a loop;you can find:

=Some sort of giant pillars that continuously spawn slimes in the 3rd universe.
=some spike balls that when shot spawn enemies and then re appear continuously on the 5th universe*

There are other enemies you can find but those are the most useful to apply the loophole.
____________________________________________________
Then you can get one of those items:

=the "soul collector" tier 3 relic that improves your damage by 1% for each 5th enemy you kill.
=the "cyborgizm" tier 3 relic that makes it so that, on low chance, killed enemies drop armor.
Then you can continuously kill enemies and get infinite damage, or infinite armor.
There are other relics that can apply this exploit but those are the most advantageous to get.

*Here is a run where I apply the cyborgizm exploit with the spike balls:
