English Guide:
I can't find any formula on this that actually works, so I invented my own. I will get straight to the point:
  1. Get both the direct distance and the "real distance" from you to the target like other guide told you to do. ("real distance" means the distance from you to the target on a map point of view) (the MicroDagger gives you the "real distance" if you connected the Vector with it, up until the target is + or - 45° from you, than it gets the wrong distance, I don't know why)
  2. get the angle from you to the target by holding the rifle and pressing Shift + Ctrl + K
  3. Distance to dial for = [( "real distance" - direct distance) × α] ÷ β + direct distance
    • when angle is ±15° α = 1/2 and β = 1 ( which means ignore the ÷ β )
    • when angle is ±22.5° α = 1/2 and β = 2
    • when angle is ±30° α = 1/3 and β = 1 ( which means ignore the ÷ β )
    • when angle is ±37.5° α = 1/3 and β = 2
    • when angle is ±45° α = 1/4 and β = 1 ( which means ignore the ÷ β )
  4. dial for the distance using range card, adjust for wind
  5. Profit.
CAVEAT: Only works when the bullet haven't start dropping exponentially, good for distance below 20 MRADs on your Range Card.

    Lead calculation:
    Lead (in Miliradian) = (Bullet Time Of Flight (in seconds) x Target Speed (in mph) x 447 ) / Range (in meter)

IDFK if there is actual mathematic reasoning behind my formula, my brain is turning into mesh from sniping so much.

我tm也不知道我的公式背后到底有没有真的数学依据,因为太多狙击脑袋快变成浆糊了。

@VileAce I created this formula precisely because I'm not satisfied with accuracy of the methods you mentioned. These methods' accuracy might be enough for being able to see where the first shot land and fire follow up shots, but they are not enough if you want a first shot hit. Try my method, it's MUCH more accurate.

Another Rule-of-Thumb,... is to draw an invisible vertical line through the up or down target, and where this line intersects the earth's surface, range it! Disregard the angle, ignore the direct distance from muzzle-to-target, concentrate only on adjusting elevation for the distance to where that vertical line touches the earth. Compensate for that distance, aim dead-on and fire. We've worn out several pads of paper comparing Neal's math to other kinds of up/down calculations - it works and it's the essence of simplicity!

Two options for targets +/- 45 deg - http://www.millettsights.com/resources/shooting-tips/mathematics-for-precision-shooters/ - applies to ACE as well.

For a target 45 degrees up or down, multiply the actual distance by 0.7, set your scope elevation for this distance and aim dead-on;
When the target's 30 degrees up or down, multiply its range by 0.9, set your scope for this distance and aim dead-on;
If the target angle is less than 30 degrees, aim dead-on.
