Expanded Starbase: No Bastions

Ive been using the mod, and it is not letting me go past bastions regardless. I turned the mod off, started a new game, and I still have the issue. Not sure what's up

I just started a new game in forever. Still causing issues. Appreciate the mod but is anyone else still having an issue?

Any word on if No Bastions plays nice with NSC?

Even when using this patch, Expanded Starbases breaks starbase upgardes level 6 and above for NSC. Load order doesn't matter...which is odd. The upgrade button and tech requirement shows, but the level 6 starbase tech from NSC doesn't work, even with console cheats. Tested using Irony mod loader. Disabling ES and No Bastions allowed me to upgrade to level 6 starbases from NSC.

So you can use NSC and Expanded Starbases with this patch together with no game breaking issues on level 5 starbases and below. But it's a no go level 6 or above. Unfortunate. There were like 80+ conflicts stated in the resolver so it's probably best not to use them together anyway. :]

hmm i loaded it last in my load order and can still make stellar bastions.. am i doing something wrong?
