there is one other fix that i know can work and that's literally to landscape a hill on the bugged area and then flatten it again.
occasionally this does actually work and removes the bugged area, as simple as it sounds.
Other then that it seems to be a bug integrated in the map editor software and other people have experienced the same problems on their own maps, other then that i'm afraid there isn't much else i can do to help, as i don't think there's a permanent fix to the problem, but thanks for letting me know its still an issue.
there might be a new fix i'm not aware of as this map is quite old and i haven't been active in the community for a long time now, so if you ask on the games discord someone might have a new fix.

u delete "collision.dta" and "quadree.sta" in my save folder, it not help me
