Lightning Dragon Soul Berserker Speed Boi (T100)

This is my first Chronicon build guide and therefore sucks ass but I'll try my best.

Intro to build




















This is the first build I ever played in this game. It originally was just a starter that I abandoned but I eventually came back and tried my best to make it a functioning build. I'm sure there are better ways to go about using this build but this is what I came up with so if you find a superior form of this build good on you.

Pros:
1. Super fast clear speed.
2. Ramping, infinite damage.
3. High evasion, damage reduction, max resistances and again speed.
4. Light show.

Cons:
1. Horrendous single target (but ramping damage so just sit and wait I guess.)
2. Low health.
3. Depending on the amount of enemies you might get 1 fps.
Stats and stuff
The stats for this build depend on a lot of variables so I wont include pictures of my stats but will instead explain them.

Defense: This build uses max resistances on top of almost max damage reduction and evasion to avoid and mitigate most of the damage we take. Because of this we decide to not invest into health and instead speed and damage. Speed is actually a major defense for this build as we can spam the mobility skill so much that with the evasion we have we barely get hit. It should be noted that if not played properly you'll probably just get one shot so make sure you're moving all the time.

Damage: Dragon Soul will have a 100% chance to proc so using a skill that attacks fast while also be able to move is crucial. Dragon Storm is the perfect candidate for this. Dragon Storm also has great synergy with many runes including one that increases the damage of Dragon Soul. On top of the insane amount of Dragon Souls we spawn we also max out critical strike chance and increase critical strike damage. Dragon Soul can not crit, but Dragon Storm can and Dragon Souls damage depends on dragon storm. We also stack all elemental damage for the use of the All For One set, which increases lighting damage for any elemental damage we have. We then stack a bit of mana for the Cosmic Cape true legendary. We also have three set pieces which gives Dragon Soul an infinite damage debuff and 100% chance to proc on top of some more AoE.
Skills
Guardian:
The main skill here is the brawler heritage skill. We also get brute force, which will nearly cap our overpower without any crafted on gear. the rest of the stuff is either utility or damage increases.




















Sky Lord:
Most points will go here. The build doesn't really need too many points and could easily operate with 20 less points so if it seems like I chose random skills that is why. The main things here are obviously Dragon soul and Dragon storm. T̶h̶e̶ ̶h̶e̶r̶i̶t̶a̶g̶e̶ ̶g̶i̶v̶e̶s̶ ̶o̶u̶r̶ ̶n̶e̶a̶r̶l̶y̶ ̶c̶a̶p̶p̶e̶d̶ ̶o̶v̶e̶r̶p̶o̶w̶e̶r̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶l̶a̶s̶t̶ ̶b̶i̶t̶ ̶i̶t̶ ̶n̶e̶e̶d̶s̶ ̶t̶o̶ ̶b̶e̶ ̶a̶t̶ ̶1̶0̶0̶%̶,̶ ̶s̶o̶ ̶i̶f̶ ̶y̶o̶u̶ ̶d̶o̶n̶'̶t̶ ̶c̶a̶r̶e̶ ̶a̶b̶o̶u̶t̶ ̶t̶h̶a̶t̶ ̶y̶o̶u̶ ̶c̶a̶n̶ ̶p̶i̶c̶k̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶m̶o̶v̶e̶m̶e̶n̶t̶ ̶s̶p̶e̶e̶d̶ ̶o̶n̶e̶ ̶w̶h̶i̶c̶h̶ ̶n̶e̶a̶r̶ ̶d̶o̶u̶b̶l̶e̶s̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶m̶o̶v̶e̶m̶e̶n̶t̶ ̶s̶p̶e̶e̶d̶.̶ The heritage skill should be Dragon Flight as the overpower will be at its cap when fighting bosses due to the mantle of dragonkin lesser rune. The mobility skill is crucial as it casts dragon storm and also is used to dodge. Spirit link is for more damage and so is lightning fist with charged up.



















Dragonkin:
Here we get some maximum health and rage. We also get the Dragon within heritage skill, which buffs our dragon skill damage by a lot.




















Frostborn:
Here we just get some damage reduction and cooldown reduction.




















Mastery
Gear things
The gear for the most part seems to be best for this build but again if there is any way to improve you can suggest it in the comments or something idc.

Helm:
One of the three Skysoul set pieces we need. It comes with lightning damage forced on it. You're going to want to get critical hit chance and damage, then effect duration and cooldown reduction. You'll want to use The Lifeguard as one of your greater runes for major damage reduction. Socket in two polished star Larimar for the evasion rating.
































Armour:
The Spectral armor gives us both damage reduction and evasion rating, also having all resistance forced on it. You should craft more damage reduction first, then get all elemental damage and increased gem effect. Last, since there is nothing else of use, I went with pickup radius. Apply the Infinite Rolls lesser rune so that dive has 100% less cooldown time, then socket three more polished star Larimar for even more evasion.






















Boots:
Having Battle Boots allows for some good damage reduction all the time as we constantly use our mobility skill. It has movement speed forced on so you'll want to craft all resistances and maximum mana. Blue mods for boots aren't too useful so I just took pickup radius and reduced damage taken from ground effects. The Sentry is a good lesser rune for increasing the damage of Dragon Storm and its negative effect seems to not hurt Dragon Storm. Socket in two polished star Larimar for the last bit of gem evasion.





















Fists:
The second set piece will be the fist. It has lightning damage and reach forced on it.
Start by crafting crowned foe damage and critical hit damage, then pickup some effect duration and cooldown reduction. The Blue Bolt lesser rune is an absolute must and will allow us to always have dragon storm at max stacks (9 max) and put out a lot more damage. Last just socket two polished sphere Orthoclase gems and one polished square charoite gem. The Orthoclase gems are nice but I don't know how many you need. One seems like it will be enough because of how much we are hitting enemies so more critical hit damage works too.



































Claw (Offhand):
Last piece of the set. Comes with attack and move speed forced on it so start by enchanting critical hit chance and all elemental damage. Now also grab effect duration and reach. You're going to want to transmute the Dodge Claw greater rune for insane recovery of both life and mana(which is very useful during bosses). Last put in one more polished sphere Orthoclase and one polished sphere Citrine to help top of crit chance.
































Amulet:
This is the first of two set pieces for the All For One set bonus. It comes with critical hit damage forced so grab crowned foe damage and all elemental damage. Next grab some max mana and then both increased effect of gems and cooldown reduction. Next apply the Soulstorm lesser rune, which will grant a large bonus to our dragon soul damage. We socket in two polished star Citrine to start the maximum rage stacking.
























Ring:
The second and last piece of the All For One set bonus. It already has health on hit forced. We go with evasion rating and then both critical hit chance and all resistances. Last enchants will be increased effect of all gems and cooldown reduction. Transmute Terra's Binding for some nice all resistance and all elemental damage. Last thing to do is socket in two more polished star Citrine.























Cosmic Cape:
Last piece of gear is the Cosmic Cape, which will allow our damage to go through the roof with little investment. It comes with max mana already forced on so we will enchant all resistance and critical hit chance, then get increased effect of all gems and cooldown reduction. Go ahead and transmute The Mantle of the Dragonkin greater rune for for some big increases to clear speed for both mobs and bosses. Last just put two polished star Citrine in.





















Extra:
Some useful spells to turn into codex books would be Healing Touch V for bosses, Sprint III for some extra speed, Rallying Cry I for some quick max health and Soul Warp I for movement over gaps as dive is unable to clear them.
How to play
Pretty easy build to play really. A̶l̶l̶ ̶y̶o̶u̶ ̶n̶e̶e̶d̶ ̶t̶o̶ ̶d̶o̶ ̶i̶s̶ ̶p̶r̶e̶s̶s̶ ̶t̶w̶o̶ ̶b̶u̶t̶t̶o̶n̶s̶ ̶a̶s̶ ̶w̶e̶ ̶d̶o̶n̶'̶t̶ ̶r̶e̶a̶l̶l̶y̶ ̶n̶e̶e̶d̶ ̶t̶o̶ ̶a̶c̶t̶i̶v̶a̶t̶e̶ ̶o̶u̶r̶ ̶h̶e̶r̶i̶t̶a̶g̶e̶ ̶s̶k̶i̶l̶l̶s̶ ̶a̶n̶d̶ ̶w̶e̶'̶l̶l̶ ̶h̶a̶v̶e̶ ̶o̶u̶r̶ ̶u̶l̶t̶i̶m̶a̶t̶e̶ ̶s̶k̶i̶l̶l̶ ̶b̶o̶u̶n̶d̶ ̶t̶o̶ ̶o̶u̶r̶ ̶u̶t̶i̶l̶i̶t̶y̶ ̶s̶k̶i̶l̶l̶ ̶w̶h̶i̶c̶h̶ ̶i̶s̶ ̶a̶l̶s̶o̶ ̶c̶a̶s̶t̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶d̶r̶a̶g̶o̶n̶ ̶s̶t̶o̶r̶m̶.̶ You still can only press the two buttons but we can actually benefit greatly from the extra attack speed, more so during boss fights. Attack speed greatly increases how fast we we Dive, allowing us to dodge much faster and replenish health at an even more insane rate. I don't think attack speed effects Dragon Storm or Dragon Soul too much. The problem with the attack speed heritage skills is how often we cast them would make you keep still for a little bit which would get you killed so i'd only use when not in immediate danger. Besides having to activate Dive(Utility), you will once every 8 seconds or so have to use Lightning Fist for the extra damage bonus it grants. You should be able to cast Dive so fast that enemies can't even hit you, which is our main bit of defense as we climb Endless Dungeons. T̶h̶i̶s̶ ̶b̶u̶i̶l̶d̶ ̶i̶s̶ ̶i̶n̶v̶i̶n̶c̶i̶b̶l̶e̶ ̶o̶n̶ ̶a̶n̶y̶ ̶o̶t̶h̶e̶r̶ ̶d̶u̶n̶g̶e̶o̶n̶ ̶e̶v̶e̶n̶ ̶o̶n̶ ̶m̶y̶t̶h̶i̶c̶ ̶1̶5̶ ̶s̶o̶ ̶y̶o̶u̶ ̶d̶o̶n̶'̶t̶ ̶h̶a̶v̶e̶ ̶t̶o̶ ̶s̶p̶a̶m̶ ̶d̶i̶v̶e̶.̶ I got one shot on an elite dungeon once(I don't even know what killed me rip). Other than that it's basically invincible.

Other than the Cosmic Cape being nerfed a little you should be good. I don't fully keep up with patch notes and I don't even have the DLC but, I still play this build on hardcore and it still works fine so it should be good.

alright i'm at the point i've gathered most of the runes and some true legendary necessary to keep the build going. Is there something changed in this build across patches or something i should know before i go ahead?

The second set bonus of the armor we use has a stat that says we have 100% chance to trigger both Dragon Soul and Dragon Spirit.

oh and why you don't take the extra dragon soul chance node on dragon storm? I've seen all builds neglect that node but it seems good for this build in my noob eyes. What am i missing?

With the Blue Bolt lesser rune both the Dive and Hop skills cast Dragonstorm on use. I put this lesser rune on my fists.

I know i'm late to the party but i just recently started playing this :)
Got a question : you have 3 heritage skills on your active bar and no dragon storm. But this build is around dragonstorm and in your video you have it up 100% of time. I'm confused
