Section 1: Invasion

In this guide using the Europe 1944 Scenario I show you what you need to know to perform a successful invasion.
1) weather: Can only invade on clear and rain weather conditions
2) Number of Landing Craft 1 land strength requires 1 landing craft point whereas 1 armor strength requires 2 landing craft points.
3) Look at the cost and time to build landing craft, so invasion prep is important and should start months ahead
4) The use of air and naval units to support an invasion.
5) At the end I show using a naval unit to supply a land unit out of supply using a beachhead supply point. The unit in question is surrounded and trapped on the coast of Italy.

Strategy Tip #1: Use your strength vs your opponents weakness to take advantage of a situation. In this scenario, the Axis are short of air units whereas the allies have a great deal more. Use that to your advantage for the invasion. Where the attacks show 0 damage, the enemy will lose efficiency and that will make your land attacks more successful.
Section 2: Breakthroughs

In this guide we will move to the Eastern Front an execute a breakthrough of the Southern most part and set up forces for an exploitation on the next turn.

1) Emphasis: The importance of air support
2) Selecting appropriate ground hexes to attack to cause a break in the line.
3) Moving armor through the gap as exploitation begins.
4) Setting up reinforcements in the rear to move ahead next turn to continue the exploit.
Section 3: The Italian Front

In this guide, I take a look at some of the options the Allies have with the Italian front. There are not too many options but an invasion and capture of a northern port is attempted to put pressure on Axis supply.

Enjoy and thanks for watching.
Section 4: Turn 2 Execution

Here is turn 2, we can see the outcomes of our plans. As you can see the Romanian and France invasions are working as planned. The Axis seem to be on full retreat. As mentioned before, I would play this scenario after the African scenario and before Europe 1939.
