Here are some hints for where you can find your target if you do not want the exact locations

Level 1 : He likes dining/cafe

Level 2 : Windows

Level 3 : Selling balloons?

Level 4 : Buildings

Level 5 : Entrances

Level 6 : He came to talk

Level 7 : Buildings

Level 8 : Sniper wants high ground

Level 9 : Patience is key

Level 10 : holding the high ground

Level 11 : Holding something?

Achievement: You will need him to spawn in place 3. Above him is an air conditioner, simply shoot that and it will fall on his head.

Place 1 : Either on the roof or under the cafe, standing and reading a newspaper. Middle right building.

Place 2 : Inside a cafe with a newspaper, middle of the map. He can also be sitting in the second window in the same building.

Place 3 : Outside a cafe which is top right. Right above place 1 cafe.

Place 4 : Bottom left cafe, he is sitting in the corner

This person will go past a window in a building while holding the hostage, so make sure not to shoot the hostage. He starts to appear after 13:02

Place 1: 3rd floor building, bottom left of the map, next to a noodle place.

Place 2: Top right building with the open windows.

Place 3 : Top right. not very wide building. Top floor.

Best thing to remember is he only has 2 balloons on his hat unlike almost everyone else who has 3.


Place 1: Right in the middle of the park, next to a balloon trolley

Place 4 : He will be moving from bottom left to top left where the mountain is when the game starts

This will be a waiting game as you are looking for a sniper. He will not be there right away but comes in later in the game. He begins to show shortly after its become 13:02. Either you can see him easily or he might be behind curtains.

Place 1: Bottom right building, top floor. You can see his gun trough the window.

Place 4 : Top right building, behind curtains

You will need to shoot 2 people here but they are always together next to the same club.

Place 1: One row below the top middle street, the club with a disc on the front door. They are standing and guarding it, when shooting you need to shoot them quickly as the 2nd one will try to run away.

Place 2 : Middle top of the map, the club which has a music note on the front.

Place 3 : Top right of the map, the club with 2 floors and a music note outside.

Place 4 : Middle club with a music note on it

This person will always talk to one of the desks/shops, he will enter and walk to one of them. Remember the target has sword on his hat, not to get tricked by the plungers or bones. Very few have his shape and his exact hat. You can shoot him before he goes to talk to anyone.

He enters the place around 14:01

Place 1 : Enters, will be talking to the desk/shop which is south/north sideways.

Place 2 : Enters from bottom, talks to the desks further in the back

Place 3 : Enters from top, talks to the desks on the top row.

He will be walking in a building so keep an eye out. He starts to appear around 15:56
+I do recommend shooting the target first as if he sees you spot the object he will flee

For the achievement simply shoot the balloon the sniper is in

The balloon with the sniper inside comes up close before the clock hits 16:59

There is only 1 place these robbers will be and that is in the bank.

Time : 13:59

You have 4 bullets because when the robbers start running the park parked outside will put a mask on because they are also part of the robbery. You can safely shoot them before the robbery, it will save you more time.

Achievement : I skipped trough the text it gave me when I did it so Im not sure what they wrote but I got this by shooting the guy coming with the drinks as he was walking and then finding the sniper and shooting him.


The agent walks to her resturant, she comes in view around 15:03, she always walk the same street which is at the bottom, she will then go to 1 out of 3 resturants.

Place 1 :
Bottom right, sits down between 2 resturants. Near the beach.

Place 2 :
More towards bottom middle, near the beach aswell.

Place 3 :
Above place 1, bottom right of the map but closer to the apartment buildings.



Sniper positions are the common sniper areas, rooftops or in windows. He walks in the field of view at around the same time as the guy with the drinks. Not many buildings, should be easy to find.

For this mission you will need to shoot the guy first and then proceed to shoot the wiring of the bomb. Shooting the bomb first or shooting the bomb itself will cause it to explode.
