Brick Quay

Beschreibung
A brick quay that matches my other Dutch Canal assets. Just a bare quay, no props, so it can be dressed up to look like a boulevard, or a dock, or a place for some fine waterside dining.

If you want to place the quay away from water, use the Quay Anarchy mod.

If you want pedestrians to walk on the quay, use Invisible Pedestrian paths. Be careful, things placed close to water tend to sink into the quay, so it is best to first place an regular elevated path, use Move It to get the right height, and then upgrade to the invisible path.

@zefilipe I know that is possible, but if you want a restaurant on the quay the pedestrians would get in the way. So to leave it bare seems most versatile.

By the way. Since Sunset Harbor update it is possible for citizens walk on the Quays. Like here: https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2050771724
Maybe you could have a look into it. Maybe you'd check it with @Avanya who made the other quays.
