To unlock extra skills for Official characters, head to Territory Recovery (TR) Mode and level up the Camaraderie levels between two corresponding soldiers in your regiment.

Leveling up Camaraderie between soldiers requires you to complete a TR Mode mission. All soldiers deployed during the mission will have their Camaraderie Levels raised between each other.

For example, to unlock the About Titans: Volume 1 skill for official characters, you will need to level up the camaraderie level between Annie and Rico. Refer to Image below:



You can further expedite this process by pairing your Player Character with the 4th Soldier to unlock 2 skills at once. (i.e. Mitabi + Bertholdt for the About Titans: Volume 2 Skill)
