Descrizione
This is the remastered version of my vanilla combined arms mission "Southern Offensive".

Nato are launching a surprise attack in the South East of Altis which is currently occupied by CSAT forces.

You are to clear a southern beachhead for a NATO Invasion.

You are a team member in a small recon team that will secure the SE outpost on the coast so it can provide a landing zone for our first attack wave.

Your tasks are:
- Secure the small outpost on the SE beach so we can land reinforcements.
- Wait for reinforcements to land, then launch an attack on the town of Feres and secure it.
- Complete a sweep to remove AA threats before the main landing force arrives.

You will be provided ammo and equipment as the mission progresses.

No mods required.

The remastered version is the same as the original except for bug fixes and code cleanup.

@z4driver, thats odd to say the least. Its an old mission but things like that should still work. I will have a look when time permits.

Not sure what's happening but right at the beginning when they get out of the boat, I go straight under water and die. This is without mods.

@chrspacenorisp that is very stange, do you play with any mods? If so you should disable them for this vanilla mission.
I have played the scenario through more than 20 times and I never experienced anything like that. The APC will transport you to your destination and can then be called in for support, but you cant enter it again after the initial transport.
I guess if the APC was attacked before while still hiding out behind the construction site something weird could happend, but as I said in 20 or more playthroughs I have never experienced that.

Good morning,
I briefly explain what happens:
at the beginning of the mission I called the amv7 marshall that did not intervene because, at the coordinates 220073 it continues to move up and down without ever leaving the position. After carrying out the mission, I tried to get two members of my team, the only survivors, onto the vehicle, but it hit them and killed them all. I also tried to eliminate the two soldiers who were near the vehicle to see if the situation collapsed but nothing happened. The country has been cleared but the mission is not unlocked. Too bad because it was a really good mission.
