The Treasure Hunter event is a series of limited-time community events for Fallout 76. It first ran from May 21—May 27, 2020, and is due to return on October 15-19 and November 5-9.

Title : The Treasure Hunter Event
Objective :

• Craft Mole Miner Pail
  
  You can buy the "Mole Miner Pail" from any faction vendor (Train station/Wartoga/Herpes Ferry)
  Craft it on TInker's Workbench
  
  Note : The Price on the image in Hard Bargain Level 3 Perk Card
  
  
• Chase Treasure Hunter Mole Miners
  
• Kill Treasure Hunter Mole Miners (only 2 spawn each time, need more research)
  

CAMDEN PARK

• Near the Chow Line table
  
• Inside of the Bumper Cars building
  
• Next to Vendor Bot Chad's hut
  
• In the bathrooms south of Chad's hut and the merry go round
  
• In the rollercoaster's middle courtyard

BECKLEY

• Inside of Sal's Grinders
  
• Under the stairs of the northernmost wooden wall of the town
  
• Near the pub and APC on the southern side of the town
  
• Near the wooden wall on the western side of the town
  
• In the Mine Museum

BRIM QUARRY

• The first landing with the tower
  
• The upper portion, near the fusion generator

WELCH

• In the main plaza
  
• In a house slightly southeast of the main plaza
  
• On a roof near the train station
  
• In the ruined ridge of houses on the east side of town

NICHOLSON'S END

• On top of one of the trailers
  
• Inside of the central ring of dirt

• Under the ridge near the lower graves
  
• To the east of the cemetery, on the hill
  
• Outside of the crypt.

How to find treasure hunter?
Just silent all music/radio and follow any radio echo (with country music song)
They will looks like this guy, but with green coat (because they are legendary)

• Have trouble finding Treasure Hunter Mole Miner? just silent your music, and radio music and follow radio echo (with tin hit each other song (whatever the song name) )
  
• See Treasure Hunter Mole Miner dead body? that's mean someone already hunt Treasure Hunter Mole Miner on that area, you can search other area or just server hopping
  
• Treasure Hunter Mole Miner is not Hostile to any other faction (ghoul/scorched/robot) so they wont attack each other
  
• You need kill it fast because they can absorb so much damage
  
• Treasure Hunter Mole Miner sometimes didn't drop Mole Miner Pail
