The RF Fishing Rework adds sushi that requires research to be able to make, figured I'd mention if you've not seen it yet (only spotted where it's research because it inhabits an identical position to Domestication of Anima Grass from Anima Gear)
There are a few prosthetics mods that add their own tabs, but the BIGGEST offender of adding research tabs is Medical Supplements, it has separate tabs for each branch of medicine rather than just having a "Medical Supplements" tab
Or... how do I make a XML patch mod for this mod to facilitate these things myself?

At this time, I'm not planning anything for apparel, but there is already a mod that does apparel filters. Search for apparel organized.
XML Verse.ResearchProjectDef defines the same field twice: tab.
