UK Lowrise Council Flats

解説
A 4 floor, 8 unit block of social housing as built throughout the UK in the 1940s and 50s, often mixed in with other types.

Usually named something like "Wilford House". If you live here, you're probably somebody's grandma.

I hadn't seen this particular type of flats modelled yet despite seeing them in a dozen different towns so had a go. This particular one is modelled after a block in Doncaster. It's my first C:S asset so let me know if there's issues!

Info:
Type: Growable
Zone: High Density Residential
Level: 3

Model: 1515 Tris, 1024x1024 Texture
LOD: 16 Tris, 128x128 Texture

oh yeah so it is .....needs to be a more sandy colour imo but i like it.....someone should make either sandbeck house or the social housing around harlington court in denaby, those ones are also pretty uk standard i think lol

Updated with less air con units, corrected texture misalignments, and slightly increased detail while optimising original model (1245->1515 tris)
Sat dishes are a separate download, listed on the sidebar.
