The game has been updated several times since I made this guide. I don't believe that the elite defender can pop leads on his own anymore. In conclusion it was still a fun guide to make, and I am glad it helped so many of you while it could. Thanks!

Hello, and welcome to my first Steam Guide! Pretty weird that it's for BTD6 right!? I just figured since it took me some time to figure out on my own and only 6% of total players had this achievement, I'd give it a shot. I hope you find this guide useful in your balloon popping adventures.

The in-game/Steam achievement "One for all, and one for one" states that you must finish a level on hard difficulty without the use of more than one tower on that map at a given time. This basically means you have to find a perfect combination of selling and building certain towers in sequence.

When I first got the achievement I had monkey knowledge turned on. Then I went back to see if the same strategy would work without Monkey knowledge, and it did. That strategy is outlined below.

It is worth noting that at times the screen will look pretty scary and you will lose about half your lives with this strategy, but it will still get the job done. So don't panic.

It is also worth noting that the name of the achievement is a play on the iconic phrase used by the Three Musketeers.

First is picking the right battleground, for this guide I used the Beginner map "Lotus Island."

The first tower you want to place is a Monkey Buccaneer in the middle of the main cove, and build it up to 0-4-2.


Use the hook ability to take out the MOAB on round 40. Then sell the Buccaneer and build a Sniper on top of the ruins to 0-2-4, and save up for Elite Defender to bring it up to a 0-2-5.


The elite defender will get you through to 63, but not 64. So sell it and build a new Buccaneer in the same position but this time make it a 5-0-2. This ship will see you all the way to the finish.


At this point you should have won round 80, got the achievement, and a free Monkey knowledge point. Good job!
