Descripción
Container Cruiser - Medium Logistics VTOL

Finally A simple and easy to fly (even with ten thumbs) shipping container transporter. Reasonably cheap and efficient, economical enough to be profitable, with limited fuel, in career mode.

Specs:

Approx. 70 minutes operating time
Top cruise speed of 175km/h loaded
Max range approx. 180 km with reserve
Radio installed


Flight Controls:

W/S -Slowly Forward/Backward (pitch is automatic and tries to stay near level)
A/D -Roll and to side slip
UP/Down Arrows -Collective
Left/Right Arrows -Yaw
3 -Precision Mode (lowers sensitivity of controls to allow precise movements)(blue blinking indicator when ON)
5 -Cruise Throttle Down (use Cruise Throttle for sustained forward flight)
6 -Cruise Throttle Up
1 -Carrier Frame Up/Down
2 -Container Locks ON/OFF



Start Up:

Ensure main bus breaker ON
Ensure parking brake set to ON
Set Turbine Run Switch to on
Wait for RPS to stabilize
Set Power mode to 1
Wait for RPS to stabilize
Set parking brake to OFF

Taxi using W/S and Left/Right Arrows(yaw)

Picking UP Container:

Turn ON Landing/Work Lights as needed
Turn ON Precision mode as needed
Lower Carrier Frame (press 1) (verify position in camera monitor)
Ensure Container Locks are OFF (dark green Indicator OFF)
Establish stable hover at 4 meters on the Radar Altimeter (white seven segment display)
Approach Container from one end at 4 meters
Observe Container pass under the cockpit and on the Monitor adjusting alignment
Align the yellow/black striped edge of the container Frame with the front edge of the container
Once aligned turn on container Locks
SLOWLY descend until the container locks, adjusting position as needed
Verify Container lock with light green indicator
Set Container Release Lockout to ON if desired (prevents accidentally dropping the container)

Dropping off a Container:

Establish stable hover near drop zone at least 4 meters above ground
Turn ON Landing/Work Lights as needed
Turn ON Precision mode as needed
Set Container Release Lockout to OFF if needed
Lower Carrier Frame (press 1)
Slowly Lower container to ground (approx. 3 meters on the Radar Altimeter)
Set Container Connectors to OFF
Slowly add collective until safely clear of container


Cruise

Use cruise throttle (5 and 6 on keyboard or lever on cockpit ceiling) to set desired cruise speed.
Steering adjustments are made with Yaw only (roll is automatic)

The Cruise Throttle will automatically be reduced to zero if the Carrier Frame is lowered and a container is connected.

Shutdown:

Set Park brake ON
Set all Lights OFF
Set Turbine Run switch to OFF
Set Main Bus breaker to OFF

Amazing! Able to lift three containers with ease! Maybe adding an altitude hold and a autopilot/heading hold would be an amazing!

Very underated Creation So stable been able to lift two containers with it with ease and has no effect only thing i dislike is the colors tho but everything else is done wonderfully
