Fixed a number of bugs that I've been putting off for awhile.
-Fixed the firestation roof
-Fixed walled garage doors
-added missing staircases
-Added southern lake to in-game map
-A couple of minor tweaks here/there

Lots of houses to the south of Lake Ivy aren't properly zoned as urban, instead they're forest. Meaning loot doesn't respawn in them in multiplayer :/
