New SI Spawn Noise - More Calm! No more GONG Sound

Gets rid of the Obnoxious gong sound when you're finally able to spawn in after being in the survivors view. I changed it so that its more of a calmer button click sound. The sound is actually from half-life 2. Enjoy!
