Colliery Screen & Wash Plant (Decorative)

Several buildings for creating a coal preparation plant - a facility where coal is sorted into varying sizes and cleaned before being stored or shipped to customers.

There are seven buildings included in total - three screen buildings, washery building, and three different wash tanks.

For extreme detailers, you can use a ploppable surface, place a decal on top, and tint it with Prop Painter to create the appearance of liquid in the wash tanks. You can also accomplish the same effect in a different way with Procedural Objects mod.

They are decorative buildings which have no in-game function, and no props or lot detailing.

If you are looking for functional buildings, there are 2 processing buildings (sharing the same models/textures) included in my pack of Industries buildings.

There is a balance between a high level of detail and performance, with reasonable tri counts and a 2k texture set shared between most of the other assets in my colliery collection.

Please use Find It and Move It mods to easily find, place, and adjust the buildings ingame.

Loading Screen Mod is a requirement to benefit from the shared textures.
Otherwise, the same textures will be loaded into memory multiple times, wasting ur RAMs.

All buildings share the same 2048x2048 textures and have custom 128x128 LODs.
