描述
An updated version of Societal Advancement. Fixed known issues and compatible with new versions 3.8.*.

Features

Add a observation outpost mission that will advance the primitive society to the next stage of civilization.

You need to research a societal tech called "Society Uplifting", which requires that you meets a primitive civilization, to do this.

Don't activate this mod and the original one at the same time.

Not achievement compatible.

I personally recommend Species Engineering if you want to create primitive civilizations or pre-sapient species.

@General Pie Not going to update because I no longer play Stellaris. Should be compatible but I haven't tried it. Load order doesn't matter, this mod doesn't override files.

@Baka Racker I've just tested it. It can be drawn. You have to research genome mapping and meet a primitive planet before you can draw it.

@BurningRaptor It's worked for me so far, although I generally end up having to cheat myself the tech as it never seems to come up in the draw. I am using it alongside Giga and ACOT, so that might be skewing the chance for it to be an option.
