The Pinecone Flathouse

The Pinecone Flathouse is a small waterside property in the southwest of Sawyer Island. It's decently small layout can be home to two people. The house itself is one bedroom, one bath, living room, and a mixture of dining room/kitchen.


-Detailed interior and exterior.
-Several props to add a more lively non-blocky look.
-Slightly compact design.
-Working lighting and xml doors.
-Cargo hatch for storing a generator.
-Driveway with rails to prevent vehicle slipping.
-Several slots of equipment on the ground level.
-Basement (see details below).
-Two tvs (outdoor tv runs on the indoor tv's radio frequency).
-Small dock for boats.

(Fire inside the fireplace was later removed, not only due to the unnatural glow but the fact that it slowly got bigger.)


This house is located in the lower left of the Sawyer Islands. Picture 14 shows a map for better clarity.


The Pinecone Flathouse comes with its own basement. To the left of the house entrance is a grass colored hatch. The basement itself is used to repair logic, allowing users to repair door and light controllers when needed. Also included are lots of fire extinguishers and torches. (Batteries can also be found and repaired here).


-To see the house charge, look on the front door's button area. Charging can be done from any of the cable anchors scattered around the house.

-This house was based on one from the Sims 4.

-I made sure to add lots of windows above the living room and kitchen. These allow users to see better without using any electricity (so the house can charge).
