Basic Modern Furniture Set

Описание
More ports from the Sims4.
Had to do some editing to make a few things work. Overall, we need furniture for TF2 and Sims4 is a close match.
All the models are default sized to fit naturally with TF2 characters but you're more than welcomed to use it in any project. You will just have to scale the size down or up to fit your needs.



NOTE:
Original models and textures are from E.A. Maxis (Sims4).

Considering that this is TF2 sized, won't make sense if you add "Team Fortress" as the "Universe" tag?

Just let people know where they can get the sfm version.

@Unusual Haunted Simp, I think the most time consuming portion of it all is the textures. I have to use some creative liberties to erase sim language or pre-baked shadows from the furniture pieces.

@Unusual Haunted Simp, I'll try but I can't promise anything. Its a lengthy process to convert the simple stuff that does't have any bones. I'm never satisfied with converting things like a basic shelf with clutter you have no option of removing. I like adding extra convenience for everyone by giving bodygroups/bones to the clutter and adding a bunch of skins for variety. I'm currently working on finishing the modern set series but I'll see if I can do some halloween/vampire stuff. : ) Tis the season after all lol
